Esplendidos - Review by Jason

07th February 2006

It was alright, I mean an even burn but I wouldn't kick a $50 tart out of bed to get to it. The draw was shabby and dry, but perhaps that's because I'd left it in the car for a couple of days.
I'll have another crack at the Esplendito if I get offered one for free.

Siglo III - Review by Jason

20th January 2006

A highly toxic cigar - by the time I'd finished it my tastebuds were so badly shot, I had to gargle gasoline to make sure they still worked.
An excellent cigar if you're leading a group of blind people through the jungle, oither wise best left to winos.

A great gift for the boss as he'll think you worship him without realising you're trying to rip out his voicebox.

I'll be trying one of these again, whe I end up in hell.

Siglo IV Review by Monet

17.01.06

This is to many, the ultimate Corona Gorda. While not wishing to whither to the mainstream, I must concur at least to the extemt that the IV is an entirely memorable smoke. I realise that I have indeed made similar implications about a great many of the Siglos, but that's testemony to their superior taste. Excellent construction, dark oily wrappers, full with plume.

Complex flavors, coffee, cedar, nice amount of leather in the second third. Not inexpensive, but nothing worth having ever is.
