Was recently in DOMREP, I purchased the exact same clear box of COHIBA Esplendidos. Original price was $30.00 was able to talk the person down to $15.00. I was pretty confidient they were fake at time of purchase. Upon returning to the states I searched the internet to confirm my suspession.

I JUST GOT BACK FROM COSTA RICA AND WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE TWO CLEAR TOP BOXES OF COHIBA ESPLENDIDOS FROM A "STREET VENDOR". THE PRICE STARTED A 80.00 PER BOX, AND BEFORE IT WAS OVER ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE TWO BOXES FOR 80.00 . THAT SHOULD OF BEEN MY FIRST TIP THAT THEY WERE FAKE. O WELL

I just got a box of these fakes in the same glass top box from a co-worker whom is a Dominican Citizen.
He said he went through the factory tour and bought these in the gift shop in the factory for $75 each (he got a box also). I was excited when I first got them but because I had never heard of the Esplendidos before,I decided to check them out on the web. I just took 4 or 5 puffs from one one and knew they were fake. Mushy feel and burned like hemp, and real smokey. I then put it out and dissected it length wise and although it had good sized leaves, they were like rice paper and there was a lot of small scraps of loose tobaco. I am returning them to my co worker today. Pensacola FL

I like the acid cigars by Drew Estate. They never disappointed me and their price is not too high. I prefer the acid kuba kuba the most.

I bought a Box of Cohiba Sublime edition limitada from Beirut airport, after I had smoke few of them in London.
Now in France- Cannes I found a tobaco shop selling Cohiba Sublime, I smoked one and it had great taste however it only had one ring written Cohiba, without the Black one of Edition Limitada..I need someone to advise me, does it exist boxes with only one ring??
